Description of the work
Teacher’s aid and help English teacher for all grades, making didactic material, reading books to the children, helping in the music, physical culture class, English lessons… Volunteer can rotate grades each week.
Keep in mind
Volunteering at the Galapagos Islands requires some special procedures. You need to book your program with at least 4 months of anticipation and you will also need to ask for a volunteer visa at your nearest Ecuadorian consulate (we’ll help you with all the information you need) In addition, living and working at the Islands also involve more strict behavior rules, which you must be prepared to follow., You need to have a very good level of Spanish.
Time: Minimum 6 weeks
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 12:00
Volunteers can help to give extra lessons 2 hours in the afternoon, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from14:30 to 16:30
Board and Lodging: No
Costs: $150 per month
